Welcome to Regalstar Shelties!  We are Kathy and Dale Powell, and live in Palmer, Alaska.  We have had Shelties in our lives for around 20 years.  We began going to Alaska Dog Shows about 10 years ago, and gradually got introduced to showing Shelties and all that goes along with the sport.  We have had great mentors and friends help us along the way, too many to list they have shared their knowledge of Shelties and love for the breed.
